CONCORD — Nicole Brassard Jordan, a New Hampshire Liquor Commission employee for more than 30 years, will take over as the commission’s deputy commissioner.

Jordan, who was confirmed by the Executive Council recently, has served as the commission’s division director of marketing, sales, merchandising and distribution for about 3-½ years.

“Nicole has worked tirelessly during her more than three decades with NHLC and possesses an unmatched knowledge of our brand and the industry,” said NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica.

Jordan joined the commission in 1988 as a retail store clerk, and soon after was promoted to manager of signature NH Liquor & Wine Outlet locations in Bedford and Hooksett. In 1999, Jordan transitioned into the role of wine merchandising specialist, and after three years was elevated to wine marketing specialist.

Her tenure includes playing an important role in establishing New Hampshire Wine Week and the Winter Wine Spectacular, which is the largest wine expo in New England.
