Lisa Cramb, Senior Account Director
Lisa is a marketing communications/public relations professional with more than 25 years of experience communicating and marketing for organizations and brands across a variety of industries, from high tech to health care, public policy to banking and finance, to technology startups, hospitality and more.
Lisa works directly with clients to develop and execute strategic communications plans to reach and influence key stakeholders. She is passionate about identifying opportunities to integrate digital communications mediums, such as social media, blogs and digital outreach, with traditional tactics to maximize impact. She serves clients such as Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Hospital, Waste Management, Members First Credit Union, Eversource and various high-profile development projects.
Prior to joining Montagne Communications, Lisa served as public relations/social media manager and chief content developer and copy editor for a full-service digital marketing agency. There she helped clients such as Readers Digest, National Grid, Eversource, New Hampshire Department of Transportation, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Elliot Health System, PRO CON, Inc., Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney On Ice, and others achieve strategic communications objectives.
Before venturing to the agency side, Lisa spent nearly 20 years serving in various marketing communications and public and media relations roles with organizations such as Daniel Webster College, Granite State Independent Living, Capital Region Healthcare and Parker Hannifin Corporation, and as a freelance communications professional. She is a published feature writer and former international road warrior – having managed trade shows throughout the U.S. and in Europe and Japan.
Lisa is actively involved in her community as a volunteer and mentor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, magna cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University, and a degree in marketing from Franklin Pierce University. Lisa is a New England native with roots in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine, and resides in New Boston, NH with her husband and two daughters.
